Rhonda Hoffman is a genealogy librarian in Buffalo, New York. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Library Science, and is a ProGen 57 graduate. She has attended numerous genealogy institutes and in 2019 was awarded the Genealogical Institute on Federal Records’ Richard S. Lackey Scholarship. Rhonda is a board member of the Western New York Genealogical Society and has held several positions with the group including president, editor of the society’s journal, and librarian. Rhonda has had articles published in NGS Magazine, the New York Researcher, and she is a regular contributor to the Western New York Genealogist. Rhonda frequently lectures throughout Western New York and has been a featured presenter at the New York State Family History Conference.
